Add Custom Sort Order to Attributes on a Profile, Entity or Artifact
Define the custom sort order for the attributes on the Profile Definition.
  1. Select the Profile Definition. (In this example I'm using the standard ISSUE profile.)
  2. On the Attributes Tab in the Properties window, Select the Attribute you wish to be displayed first.
  3. Under Display Order, Change this from Alpha to Custom
  4. In the Order, set the numerical value starting at Zero for the first Attribute.
  5. Select the Next Attribute and set this value to One. Repeat.
Once the Custom Sort Order is defined use this order when using the Profile Filter Report.
  1. In the  Reporting Basic Menu, select the Profile Filter Report.
  2. Click the Options Button.
  3. Change the attribute-sort field to Custom.
