If you receive the following message: Font 'Tahoma' does not support style 'Regular', please do the following:

1. Try going to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel and open the "Regional and Language Options"
2. Change the Language to German (Germany) and hit APPLY. Then change this back to English (United States) and hit APPLY and OK.
3. Then try to launch the W5.
